Our support team based in Belgium is available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 16:30, with a lunch break from 12:00 – 12:30.
Our support team based in Florida, USA is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. During official closure periods (summer holidays and Christmas holidays), limited telephone support is available.

Our pricing depends on whether the repair is carried out in-house or on-site. We do not charge for over the phone service.

We accept new B2B customers with a valid VAT number (domestic or international) and approval from our administration department.

We provide in-person amusement game service and repairs throughout Belgium, Spain, Germany and Florida, USA (remote support is provided throughout USA).
In certain cases, we also work across Europe and part of the USA. International customers can contact their local ELAUT distributor – see the full list on our website.

We aim to schedule appointments as quickly as possible. For urgent repairs, same-day or next-day service is often possible.

Yes. All our amusement game repair services include a warranty of 2-years.
If the same issue reoccurs within one week, we will fix it free of charge.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur costs.
